Yoga is meditation in motion

Yoga is a form of meditation, it is meditation in motion. Meditation can be so many things. It can be laying down in a park, eyes closed, eye pillow on… and letting outside noise become a blur as you connect within. It can be sitting by a lake and staring out into the distance, feeling a new sense of empowerment - that right here in this moment, is exactly where you are supposed to be.

Meditation can be walking outside; slowly, quietly - appreciating nature, rather than rushing past it. Meditation helps us slow down and enjoy the journey, the destination is over-rated anyway.

I always start and end my yoga practises with a meditation. It brings us back into the present moment, into our hearts and out of our minds. It unlocks truths about ourselves and our reality. Need some more self-love, calm, and to feel more grounded in your life? I’m here for you.
