Being Frank with Frank
As well as yoga, meditation and the other practises I offer - I love writing.
Sometimes we can’t always express what we want to say in spoken word; I think that’s why writing is so great. Like my nickname ‘Frank’ – my blogs are also pretty frank. I write about mental health, food, travel, relationships and everything in between!
If you’re looking for an honest, interesting read - you can follow my blog page here.
You can find some of my favourite blogs below.
Read - enjoy - laugh - cry - smile; with me.

Adulting in the modern era
Adulting.
According to Google…
Adulting: the practice of behaving in a way characteristic of a responsible adult, especially the accomplishment of mundane but necessary tasks.
“It feels really good to take a step back from adulting and have someone else cook dinner for me.”
50 things that calm me
From having an anxious wobbly chin to the mild panic attack lost on the streets of Beijing…
50 things that calm me
There is a logical solution to everything
You are not dead
If your stomach hurts, you probably just need to go to the toilet
The gym
Lifting weights
You have air in your lungs and a smile on your face
Self-love
Now if you are ever feeling lonely, and feel that the world is not your friend, if you think your life is sad and empty, take heart and you’ll soon be on the mend.
There’s one simple thing for you to try, and you might find you’ll change your mind. All you have to do is sing – yeah, and you will find some peace of mind – to just start all over again.
-A note I found, handwritten by my one of a kind mum.
Child talk
I watched a really interesting Ted talk lately
About the chains we wrap around ourselves, which hold us back
Where did we accumulate all these suffocating chains?
The first time we fell down
The first time we got our heart broken
The first time we got a bad test score…
Mamma
The grief doesn’t get any smaller
It doesn’t go away
I’m washing the dishes and I haven’t cried for weeks
Then I think, why did you have to go. And I breakdown a little.
But over time, it’s easier to pick myself back up again
Because I’m strong, because you gave me that.
You gave me everything.
Something to believe in
It’s always nice to have something to believe in…
My dad always told me off for using the word ‘nice’
So, rephrase
It’s always wonderfully, amazingly, lovely to have something to believe in.
Ok…over-kill.
“You cure people with your words”.
